No Image Uploads (Browser Tool)
All image compression on this page happens entirely within your browser using the Canvas and WebAssembly APIs. Your images are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server we operate.
Developer API
The Developer API is a
separate, opt-in product for developers. Images sent to
/api/v1/compress
are necessarily processed on our servers to perform the compression — this is
held in memory only for the duration of the request and is never written to
disk or a database. We also store account data needed to operate the API:
your Google account email/name, your API key (hashed, not in plain text), and
a monthly count of compressions for quota enforcement — not the images
themselves.
Analytics
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies. We do not track individual visitors or build profiles of site usage.
Third-Party Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may collect standard request data (such as IP address) as described in Google's privacy policy. The homepage displays an aggregate, site-wide counter of total images compressed; submitting the counter increments a shared number only and contains no image data or personal information. Our contact form is processed by Google Apps Script, which stores the name, email, subject, and message you submit so we can reply to you. Signing in to the Developer API dashboard uses Google Sign-In, which shares your name, email, and profile photo with us. Paid plan purchases are processed by Razorpay, which handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card or bank information.
